If you do not have health insurance or are choosing not to use your insurance, you have the right to receive a good faith estimate of expected charges before services are scheduled. If Within Health is not in your health plan's network, applicable law may entitle you to a written estimate of your financial responsibility or other disclosures before services begin. Applicable state response timeframes for written estimates are:
Within Health complies with all applicable state and federal surprise medical billing and balance billing laws, including the Michigan Surprise Medical Billing law (MCL 333.24501 et seq.) and Washington's Balance Billing Protection Act (RCW 48.49).
